Processing time
Every order is individually packed by hand with care. Please allow 4 - 7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Shipping options
From Switzerland : You may chose between tracked or untracked shipping. Please note that for untracked shipments, the customer assumes full responsibility in case of loss or delay.
Outside Switzerland : All orders are shipped with tracking only, for security.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched by La Poste, estimated delivery times are:
Switzerland : 1 - 3 business days
UE : 4 - 15 business days
International : 5 - 30 business days
Note: Delays may occur during holidays, special events or due to customs processing. While I ensure prompt dispatch, I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service once the package is in their care.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside Switzerland, additional taxes, customs duties or handling fees may apply. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the customer's responsibility. I have no control over these additional costs.
Order not received
If your order has not arrived within the announced timeframe, please contact me via the contact form. I will do my best to assist you. However, please note that I cannot be held responsible for loss or delays occurring after the package has been handed over to the postal service.
Damaged package
Every order is protected with rigid cardboard backing and labeled "Do Not Bend" to ensure maximum protection. Unfortunately, mishandling by the postal service is beyond my control.
Inspection: Please check the condition of your package immediately upon receipt.
Reporting: If your order arrives clearly damaged, contact me via the contact form within 3 days of receipt so we can find a solution.
Minor Issues: If the print or sticker has only minor folds, placing heavy books on it for a few days may help restore its flatness.
Kindness is always appreciated when reaching out, and I will do my utmost to help sort things out.

Please note that I currently do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges.
Due to the handmade and custom nature of each print, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for:
Customer ordering errors (e.g., wrong size or address)
Change of mind

When you place an order, I collect only the information necessary to process it: your name, shipping address, email address and if needed, a phone number (for the courier). No payment data is stored by me; all transactions are secured and managed entirely by the payment platform.

I never sell or rent your data to third parties. Information is shared only with essential service providers (e.g., La Poste) strictly for delivery purposes.
